"Gie"

Will loves to talk about Maggie... he is all about nicknames and just calls her "Gie".  No Mag...just Gie.  He talks about her first thing in the morning and it continues all day.  He smiles when he sees her - he even smiles when he sees her picture.  She loves him too...mainly because she gets his leftovers and anything that he drops.

Peeping Tom

Will loves the little holes in the fence, and he spies on the SMU kids next door.

Sneaky little spy...

I think he gets cuter every day!

Will's new broom

Every Thursday when Rosa comes, Will gets a big sile on his face when he sees all the clearning stuff come out of the closet...especially the broom. You may remember this from my snow day blog post.  So today Rosa brought Will his own broom. He seems to understand how it works!

The Park

Will loves the park!  On a good day, he goes to 3 parks!  Loli usually takes him to 2 parks from 12-3p and then I take him to the park around 4:30pm when he gets up from his nap.  When we go, he spends most of his time climbing the steps to spin this wheel and get in this tunnel...

He is turning into a real blondie!

Shout out to Ahma and Bapa

Chad's parents came up to stay with Will for 3 nights while we were out of town.  Will must have had the best time!  Becky took awesome notes - letting us know that Will started saying "All Done", that he got 2 new bottom teeth, and that he took 4 steps.  He also took a trip to McKinney to see his great grandparents.  He had action packed days - including 3 walks on Sunday before we got home at 12pm!

Happy Birthday Chad!

For his past 2 birthdays, Will got Chad a peanut butter chocolate cake for his birthday from Tart.  It is definitely one of his favorites, and I think he likes it more since it says "Happy Birthday Dad" on it.  Check out what a difference a year makes!  Will was so tiny and sleepy last year (he was only 2 weeks old!), and this year he is reaching for a piece!

Lovey's Meatballs

My mom makes the best homemade spaghetti.  The. Best.  She makes these homemade meatballs that are just out of this world.  Since Will seems to be up for anything, I thought he should try one of the meatballs.  Well, he liked the first one so much that he grunted for more.  So I gave him another one....and another one.  We had 3 and grunted for more... but we were out.

My mom was so excited to hear that Will has good taste buds that she made him lots of meatballs.  They are all packaged up with a few meatballs in each freezer bag that is maked "Will's Meatballs from Lovey".  Clearly, these are not to be touched by me and Chad.  Will has made a decent dent in the supply - he has been enjoying them for the past week.  Thanks Lovey!
